  • Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our natural and wellness products, the following items are not eligible for return:
    • Opened or used personal care items (e.g., toothpastes, balms, syrups, or essential oils) for hygiene and safety reasons.
    • Perishable or time-sensitive products (e.g., fresh herbal syrups or items with expiration dates less than 30 days from delivery).
    • Custom or personalized bundles.
    • Digital products (if offered in the future).
  • Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described (e.g., incorrect item or contamination), we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping costs, at our discretion. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue for expedited processing.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  3. Ship the Return: Return the item to the address we provide (typically our warehouse in South Africa). You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the returned item(s) within 5-7 business days. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange.

Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible.

3. Refunds

  • Refund Amount: Eligible refunds will be issued for the full purchase price of the item(s), excluding any original shipping fees (unless the return is due to our error). Discounts or promotions applied to the original order will be proportionally refunded.

  • Domestic Shipping (South Africa): We offer free shipping on orders over R1,000. For returns, you are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated.
  • International Orders: Returns from outside South Africa are accepted but must comply with customs regulations. You are responsible for all duties, taxes, and shipping costs. Refunds will not cover international return fees.

  • Change of Mind: Returns for “change of mind” are accepted only if the product is unopened and within the 30-day window, subject to a potential restocking fee of 10% if the packaging is damaged.
